Description of wine:
The wine fermented and matured in large barrels of 2 000 litres over a period of 10 months. The delicate colour has a straw rim. The nose is both precise and explosive. It combines the elementary vivacity of citrus fruit and the secondary aromatics that are down to the production methods. Crystallised lime peel is the dominant feature, then citrus jelly and bergamot, complemented by a slight reductiveness and gentle undertones of linden-flower tea. The palate is balanced and sophisticated, with characteristics of dried and crystallised ginger. Grilled and charred lemon appear on the finale.
