Description of wine:
The wine is a deep green-straw colour with an olive-hued rim. The aromatic profile is typical for a Riesling, with a nose of fresh apricots, quince jelly, acacia honey and dried herbs at the finish. The palate is replete, extractive, with a very nice acidity and hints of dried apricot, sultanas and pineapple compote. A pleasing salty tang and minerality appear on the aftertaste. We can recommend its being served together with pork cutlets, shellfish and hard or medium cheeses of the Dutch style.
