Description of wine:
Purmice belongs among the most prestigious single vineyards and this specific wine is one of the most complex in our production. The grapes were markedly botrytic, giving the wine its own idiosyncratic personality, featuring honey, meadow flowers, nuts and crystallised fruit. However, the varietal acidity has been preserved, which keeps the wine entertaining. On the finish is a marked minerality. At the end one notes the influence of the bâtonnage undertaken over a period of many months along with the fact it matured in an oak barrel.
