Description of wine:
The grapes emanate from our top site of Stará Hora from a densely-planted vineyard (6 000 vines per hectare) in the commune of Dolní Bojanovice. Prior to pressing, the grapes were macerated for 48 hours. After pressing, the wine fermented in ceramic tanks in which it further matured up till its bottling. This is now a Welschriesling with a beautiful golden-straw colour. On the palate it is full-bodied with a mineral sub-text, while the nose reaches up as far as a tropical fruitiness.
