Description of wine:
A vanilla-fruitiness on the bouquet with tones of honeydew melon and mango accompanies the mature, fully rounded and well-balanced palate with its specific mineral expression, highly extractive and copiously structured body alongside the long-lasting and steady stream of bubbles. This wine was produced by the traditional method of fermentation in bottle and matured for 30 months on its fine lees.
