Description of wine:
The delicate nose of this sekt is supported by that of small fruit with emphatic raspberry-strawberry tones. The palate is pleasantly refreshing with a distinctive expression of cherry and morello cherry compote and with perfectly assimilated carbon dioxide to create a delicate but dynamic stream of bubbles. This wine was produced by the traditional method of fermentation in bottle and spent over 36 months on its fine lees.
