Description of wine:
This wine boasts deep shades of ruby. The nose is pristine and broad. Here fruity expressions of sour cherries and blueberries mingle alongside those of dark chocolate and cloves. The palate is smooth, mainly stone fruit, like overripe cherries . The wine has finely balanced tannins from its lengthy maceration on the skins and then being laid down in oak barrels. The finish is very long indeed.
