Description of wine:
A highly aromatic grape variety that has particular aromatics in its genes and on the nose every year. A wine with a greenish-golden colour for which wine tasters are very grateful as it is well classifiable. On both nose and palate we get freshly picked bunches of grapes, nutmeg and blackcurrants. The wine's overall profile is underscored by sweet honeyed tones. During production we aimed for a lower level of alcohol. The exact level is in fact 9.5%. This style is favoured by those who like wine, but do not appreciate the rising state of mild intoxication.
