Description of wine:
The goldeny colour and elevated viscosity will engage your attention, the nose will mesmerise and the palate will satiate. "Full-fat wine for those who would rather not have the acidic style." A wine from very ripe grapes, 40% of which were affected by Botrytis Cinerea. Fermented with naturally-occuring yeasts in a stainless-steel tank with controlled temperature. It matured for a year on its lees. The nose is markedly fruity, the palate is robust with a splendid persistence. A sweet body and pleasantly lush acidity on the finish.
