Description of wine:
This golden wine from the Pálava grape variety achieved ripeness on loess soil containing a high percentage of limestone, on the south-west-facing vineyard tract called Zelnice in the wine commune of Zaječí. Long maceration and controlled vinification in stainless-steel vessels bring out a delightful opening out of the floral nose complemented by a hint of citrus. The short maturation in oak encouraged the varietal spiciness on the palate, which happily harmonisises with the lush acidity and slightly sweetly structured conclusion.
