Description of wine:
The wine boasts a light golden colour plus a typical varietal nose. We are immediately struck by the robust expression of sweet fruit, soon joined by softly spiced tones and even a hint of freshly baked bread. The grapes used grew to an ideal ripeness on the vineyard tract by the name of Pod Strážným Vrchem in the commune of Milovice, not far from the extensive watery expanse of the Nové Mlýny reservoir. A higher, lightly piquant acidity given to it by the exceptionally remarkable 2021 vintage, complements the bold residual sugar splendidly.
