Description of wine:
The Chardonnay grape comes in many forms and guises, from dry minerally styles through barrique and on to the sweet ones. Our wine falls into the semi-sweet category and has a glittering golden colour. On the nose we sense the lovely fruity tones of passion fruit, pineapple and Canteloupe melon. It is highly fruity on the palate, full, marmalade-like thanks to the high residual sugar.
