Description of wine:
Very pleasant sweetish nose combining the predominant citrus and orchard fruit with a distinct herbal character. Gradually one discerns an explicit taste of lime fruit which evolves into a pleasing sweet-and-sour palate. The grapes in this sparkler came from a vineyard that is over fifty-years old. The wine has been produced using the traditional method of fermentation in bottle with maturation on the lees.
