Description of wine:
The wine Grand Cuvée Caberner came about as an assemblage of the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon (85%) and Neronet (15%). Three-day maceration of the grapes on their skins combined with maturation in French barriques for 30 months resulted in this fine ruby colour. The rich nose of overripe cherries, blackberries, prunes and dates is underlined by the hint of gingerbread and nougat. Moreover, the palate is also complemented by a touch of black-rowanberry or blueberry jam, with bitter chocolate evident on the finsh.
