Description of wine:
The wine is distinguished by its deep ruby hue and blackcurrant, plummy nose with hints of cedarwood. The black soil imparts to the wine its complexity and a wealthy structure. Fermentation in stainless steel serves to confirm the fresh and clean qualities of the fruity palate. 12 months maturation in French-oak barrels then imparts an influence of vanilla, spice and the fine tannic structure. The wine is robust and balanced, with plenty of dark fruit and a soft smokiness. Good tannins and juicy acidity assure the harmony and potential for further laying down
