Description of wine:
Pálava, the flagship grape variety of the winery, was planted on the loess soils of Panenský Kopec in 2006. The wine has a straw colour, the nose is reminiscent of lychees, mandarin oranges and mango. The palate is fully rounded, clean and mineral, with a corresponding nose. Vanilla and the herbal tones of chamomile dominate on the finish. Vinification consisted of 12 hours cold maceration, while the wine fermented and matured in stainless-steel.
