Description of wine:
A fine mineral wine of golden-straw colour, pleasingly fresh, well-balanced, with a lengthy finish. The distinct roundness combined with a multi-layered structure give this wine its varietal character, wherein some very discreet petrolly tones gradually rise to the fore. The fermentation preceded a 48-hour cryomaceration at temperatures of between 0-2°C, whilst the fermentation proper took place over 4 to 5 weeks. Following this the wine lay on its fine lees for around 30 days.
