Description of wine:
The limestone subsoil of the Pálava foothills has given us this wine with its highly viscous greenish-straw hue. The nose is rich, with tones of ripe nectarine and red apples with, in the background, dried-flower undertones and delicate spiciness. The palate is lively, with pleasing acidity and fruity qualities reminding one of ripening quinces and apples with lime citrus fruit at the conclusion. The wine matured in stainless-steel over a period of four months.
