Description of wine:
A wine having a scintillating colour of linden flowers and an attractive nose and palate, dominated by suggestions of ripe Williams pears, with a soft minerality and delicate spiciness. The character and fully rounded structure of the wine is accompanied by sweet traces of vanilla, given to it through the short time spent lying in an oak barrel.
