Description of wine:
This wine has a deep golden colour and the nose of ripened pineapple, vanilla, mango and pear compote. On the palate one can discover lashings of cream, ground cinnamon spice, dried apricots and pomelo fruit. Lively acidity and a long and intense aftertaste underline the wine's overall character. The wine marries excellently with subsatantial dishes prepared from poultry or with cheeses of the Emmental type, seafood and veal in creamy sauces.
