Description of wine:
A wine having a brilliant golden hue. The aroma is both complex and nicely balanced, with distinctive notes of ripe pear, white peach and a delicate hint of citrus. A tender minerality is perceptibIe in the background, typical from loess soils, alongside a floral hint that adds elegance and crispiness. The wine is full and velvety, with a pleasing combination of fruit flavours in the mouth, dominated by ripe pear and apple, finishing with a soft modulation of honey and vanilla. Bâtonnage or stirring the lees has endowed this wine with its creamy texture and its lengthy minerally conclusion.
