Description of wine:
This is a wine of a lighter shade of yellow with a glittering greenish rim. It displays a pleasing aroma of strawflowers and dry hay with a slight hint of acacia flowers. On its palate we find a blend of fresh green peppercorns, meadows in full bloom and a refreshing dab of green peach. The fermenting must has been macerated for 10 days at 5 °C.
