Description of wine:
Our Veltliner originates from the oldest vineyard site in Žabčice, which is very much characterised by the training system used, referred to as simple high cordon. This has yielded a wine with a robust body as well as a juicy taste. It has a goldeny hue with greenish tinges. The intense nose displays notes of apple purée, peach jam on top of a pleasant grassiness. On the opulent palate the already-mentioned juiciness is confirmed and is complemented by a lingering persistence that ends with inflections of green peppercorns and unpeeled almonds.
