Description of wine:
Cabernet Blanc is a new and interesting interspecific grape variety. This wine from excellently ripened grapes surprises at first with its nose of honey and sultana raisins accompanied by the fruity tones of blackcurrants. Also of interest is the herbal expression as in dried nettles and dead nettles. The taste is sweetish thanks to the high natural ripeness of the grapes, but lush and so the wine is agreeably drinkable.
