Description of wine:
Slovácko is a sub-region where Chardonnay and all the Pinot family give of their very best. This is evidenced in this wine of a golden hue with honeyed reflections and high viscosity. The sweetish nose of crystallised sultanas and yellow beeswax is intoxicating. The taste is nicely fruity with tones of ripe peaches and apples, it is well-poised, with a high extract and a long fruity persistence.
