Description of wine:
Our new interspecific variety has a bright straw-green colour. The nose is clean and rich, featuring tones of ripe peach and an unusual peppery spiced expression with a hint of wild meadow herbs. The palate reminds one of gooseberry jam and has an interesting breath of spiciness and unusual pink-pepper undertones. These are balanced out by the refreshing acidity.
