British travellers were charmed by Moravian wine

Seven wines & wineries were presented at National Geographic Traveller Food Festival

Czech National Wine Centre together with local office of the CzechTourism prepared an exposition at National Geographic Traveller Food Festival.

Close to 6000 visitors came to the event. Czech wines were available for free tasting for two days. Supervised tasting was scheduled twice a day at the stand and there was a moderated presentation in the "Wine Theatre" every day too.

The wines were presented by Šárka Nádvorníková (National Wine Centre) and Martin Kleveta (advanced sommelier WSET, sommelier Hide Resturant - London).

Wines were chosen according to their potential for possible export, touristic attractivness, proportionally to the regions and sizes of wineries.

We would like to thank to chosen wineries for cooperation: Lahofer, Víno Kadrnka, Vinařství Volařík, Zámecké vinařství Bzenec, Sonberk, Víno J. Stávek and Znovín Znojmo.
